The location near the Duomo IS superb. Everything is within walking distance. The staff provided helpful tips to navigate the city. They were also very accommodating to our requests like arranging an airport taxi. I found the team to be caring.

the shower head did not work properly, it offered only a small stream of water.

the staff was friendly and helpful. My room included snacks, a water heater, and coffee, it felt cute. The shower stocked soaps, and facilities were cleaned regularly.

the bathroom was small and dirty, it smelled a bit moldy. The toilet flush and tap was old but worked. the bed is in a loft with only a standing FAN, so it was quite uncomfortable in the evenings.

The location was great. it was very close to the city center, so it was super easy to go back for a bit. the staff were very helpful. They were just lovely!

the bathroom was small and smelt a bit mouldy. the toilet flush was a bit old, but it worked fine. the whole apartment was a bit grungy, but everything was useable

horrendous noisenon-existent isolation

the air conditioner made horrendous noise. it happened every 10 minutes so it was impossible to leave it enabled at night. it was hot outside, around 30 degrees. the room got hot really fast. there was noise from other guests and the microwave right in front of the room door.

Parking is available but only during specific hours. The parking is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00. On Saturday, it is open only from 08:00 to 11:45, and it's closed on Sunday. Make sure to arrive before these times.
